1. The administrator of your personal data is Żabka Nano Sp. z o. o. ("Administrator") with its registered office in Poznań (61-586) at ul. Stanisława Matyi 8. You can contact the Data Administrator via the e-mail address kontakt@zabka.pl, the contact form available on the website sent via SMS after shopping, by phone at +48 61 856 37 00 or in writing to the address of the Administrator's registered office.
2. Your personal data, including: telephone number, purchase amount, information about products purchased in the unattended store, as well as e-mail address and content of the submitted form via the Żabka Polska Sp. website. z o. o. complaints (in the case of complaints regarding defects in products purchased in an unattended store), were forwarded to us by Żabka Polska sp. z o.o. based in Poznań (61-586), ul. Stanisława Matyi 8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
a) documenting the sale and delivering the sales document in connection with the sales contract concluded with the Administrator - the legal basis is the necessity to perform the legal obligations imposed on the Administrator resulting from tax regulations and accounting regulations;
b) considering complaints - the legal basis is the necessity to perform the sales contract to which you are a party;
c) determining or pursuing possible claims or defending against such claims by the Administrator - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, consisting in defending the economic interests of the Administrator.
4. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to settle the contract or consider a complaint. The processing period may be extended each time by the limitation period for claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the Administrator to establish or pursue any claims or defend against such claims. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law.
5. Your personal data may be transferred to IT service providers, entities providing accounting services and entities providing administrative support to the Administrator.
6. You have the right to access your data, request its rectification, deletion and limit its processing.
7. If your personal data are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of data for reasons related to your particular situation.
8. Since your data is processed in an automated manner on the basis of the necessity to perform the contract - you have the right to transfer the personal data that you have provided to the Administrator, i.e. to receive them from the Administrator in a structured, a commonly used machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data administrator.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. In Poland, the competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
